Elm City Compost Initiative is a grassroots food waste collection company dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to "waste" in the Monadnock region. Unfortunately food and organic waste makes up over 50% of our everyday trash, which will either be tossed into a landfill or burned. Elm City Compost can collect all that "waste" and turn it into compost!
